Job Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Generate new business for the organization's products/services through channel partners.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Channel Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Channel Account Manager or similar sales role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
