The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry based in Tokyo. This role will require an individual with strong sales skills and an ability to manage and grow customer accounts.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the industry and competitors
  • Participate in industry events and conventions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
