Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strategize and execute sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Regularly review sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop effective channel marketing strategies.
  • Handle channel conflicts in a manner that ensures ongoing cooperation.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales department.
  • Train and support channel partners to drive sales growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Channel Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
