Job Description



  • Lead the implementation of the new launch excellence framework in Japan


  • Manage launch planning, readiness reviews, simulations, and cross-functional alignment


  • Coordinate transversal projects across global and local teams to optimize marketing operations


  • Drive innovation initiatives and transformation planning through structured governance and KPI tracking


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, legal, and R&D functions


  • Monitor project progress and propose data-driven corrective actions as needed


  • Support marketing operation model design and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

The Successful Applicant



  • Background in marketing, commercial, sales management, or project management


  • Experience working with global and local teams across functions


  • Strong understanding of Japan's healthcare environment and product launch landscape


  • Skilled in stakeholder management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination


  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency required (TOEIC 800+)
