Job Description

Provide top-notch customer service for a global medical services company based in Tokyo. Work closely with various departments to deliver appropriate solutions and maintain accurate data.

  • Handle customer inquiries and calls efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
  • Provide timely and relevant information to customers.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong English Level with conversational Japanese.
  • Experience in a customer service role, particularly handling calls.
  • Knowledge of medical matters is an advantage.
  • Must hold a valid work visa for Japan.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Japanese.
  • The ability to work irregular hours may be required in some cases ( There will be no night shift)
