Job Description



  • Develop and execute the overall D2C business strategy


  • Manage the D2C P&L, including revenue growth and cost optimization


  • Lead performance marketing activities with external agencies


  • Drive UI/UX improvements to enhance conversion and average basket value


  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization


  • Ensure digital shelf excellence in collaboration with content teams


  • Manage product listings and online portfolio updates


  • Oversee demand forecasting and logistics coordination


  • Set up and analyze site data, identifying growth opportunities


  • Coordinate with tech agencies for cart and platform improvements

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience in a D2C Manager role within a brand or manufacturer


  • Proven track record in owning sales/P&L responsibilities


  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX, A/B testing, and performance marketing


  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills


  • Customer-first mindset; CRM experience is a plus


  • N.a.t.i.v.e Japanese fluency is required; English proficiency is a plus


  • Resilient, collaborative, and aligned with a care-first company culture


  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a dynamic environment
