Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all ECommerce order processing and fulfillment activities.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to optimize order processing systems and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of order statuses and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Review and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
