Job Description

  • Oversee sales, business development, and field operations for the company's semiconductor inspection and metrology solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing bookings, shipments, and service sales while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to introduce new products and technologies to customers, working closely with R&D and product teams.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction while overseeing service, technical programs, and logistics.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales and applications team, fostering growth through training and coaching.
  • Balance regional business needs with corporate policies, managing financial performance, HR, and operational logistics.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of industry experience, including marketing or commercial roles in semiconductor equipment.
  • Strong expertise in metrology, defect detection, or yield enhancement tools and applications.
  • Proven ability to define market needs based on deep customer, application, and product understanding.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and committed to achieving both company and personal success.
