Job Description

  • Provide corporate IT support, including ticket handling and issue resolution.
  • Manage hardware, infrastructure, applications, and security.
  • Ensure team members have seamless access to necessary information.
  • Improve IT processes using new and existing technologies.
  • Create documentation and user manuals.

The Successful Applicant

  • English proficiency with the ability to speak and email
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA or Salesforce)
  • IT support/ help desk experience using Windows 10 or Mac OS
