As a Lead Consulting Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex customer networks, ensuring seamless operations. You will also provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentorship to other engineers.
  • Lead technical strategy and design for large-scale network projects.
  • Work on cutting-edge technologies, including SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, and Aruba Wi-Fi.

Job Description

  • Design and implement network solutions, including WAN, LAN, and data center infrastructure.
  • Act as a technical lead for network upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide documentation and mentorship to engineers.
  • Support incident and problem management processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in network design and support in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in SD-WAN (Viptela, IOS-XE) and modern networking technologies.
  • Familiarity with Cisco ACI, MPLS, BGP, and QoS is a plus.
  • Japanese N1 level and business-level English proficiency.
