Job Description

  • Analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies
  • Driving alliances with power generation and storage partners
  • Coordinating stakeholders across the energy value chain to launch management systems and battery storage projects
  • Negotiating contracts with off-takers and proposing sustainable power solutions
  • Note: Responsibilities will be tailored based on your experience and strengths.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'New Business Account Manager' should have:

  • Business development experience in the power or renewable energy sector (e.g., aggregator or PPA sales)
  • Or: experience in energy trading or contract negotiation in a trading company
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Japanese and business-level English
  • Welcome: experience in strategy, consulting, power systems, marketing, digital tech, or startups
  • Ideal Fit: Self-starters passionate about energy x digital, who enjoy collaboration, problem-solving, and idea execution
