We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director should have:

  • An advanced education in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a National sales manager or Sales Director
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • Thorough understanding of market trends and customer behaviour
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
