Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience in the automation electronics field.
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
