Job Description

  • Identify and develop new customer relationships and projects across Japan
  • Enhance existing customer relationships and ensure long-term business continuity
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute direct sales negotiations and contract agreements
  • Provide clients with timely support, advice, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate project progress through to contract signing and Notice to Proceed
  • Deliver impactful presentations covering company profile, technical offerings, and sales proposals
  • Monitor and report on market trends and developments
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fair

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • University degree in a technical field or business-related discipline
  • Experience, ideally within sales or electrotechnical sectors
  • Strong understanding of electrotechnical systems; business acumen is a plus
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills
  • Ambitious, forward-thinking, and highly committed professional
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
