Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and support global network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, etc.).
  • Provide second-level network operations support and incident resolution.
  • Administer and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Manage change and incident processes within IT operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance IT network performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience as a network engineer in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficient in network protocols (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS) and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Cisco/Juniper networking and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English; ability to work in a multinational team.
