We are seeking a dedicated Partner Sales professional to join our sales team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales through our channel partners in the Simulation Software industry

Job Description

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners in the Simulation Software industry
  • Develop sales strategies and plans in collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets
  • Provide partners with necessary support and training on our products
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on partner performance and sales activities
  • Attend industry events and trade-shows to promote our products and network with potential partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner Sales should have:

  • Proven experience in channel partner sales within the Engineering Software industry
  • Knowledge of engineering software OR CAE CAD CAM software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Proficiency in Japanese (native-level) and English (business-level)
