Job Description

  • Design and monitor risk strategies for card lending products (Revolve, Installment).
  • Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and recommend risk mitigation approaches.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support growth strategies.
  • Leverage data to derive insights that inform credit and fraud risk decisions.
  • Develop knowledge of internal systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Understand market conditions and competitor practices to identify opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement in customer experience and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in analytics, strategy, or risk-preferably in financial services or Big 4 Consulting.
  • Knowledge of SAS, SQL, R, or Python (or willingness to learn).
  • Familiarity with Japan's Installment Sales Law is a plus.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
