Job Description



  • Lead the creation and implementation of the One IBU vision and mission in Japan


  • Develop Japan-specific strategies based on global initiatives and local insights


  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs


  • Design and drive cross-TA projects and incentive schemes with business impact


  • Support the Business Unit Director as chief of staff for tactical planning and delivery

The Successful Applicant



  • Sales team leadership experience, ideally with exposure to marketing functions


  • Strong project management and organizational skills


  • Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and cross-functional collaboration


  • Ability to apply customer insights and patient-centric thinking


  • Fluent in Japanese with professional English communication skills


  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or marketing qualifications preferred
