Job Description

  • Lead and motivate the sales team towards meeting targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager - Salmon should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the Food industry (Preferred).
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (In English & Japanese).
  • Strong business sense.
