Our client, a leading European Financial Institution, is seeking a dedicated and diligent Client Account Manager in the Wealth Management Division. The Client Account Management will be closely supporting Client Advisors, who are tasked with building trusting relationships via the protection, management and operation of the financial assets of high net worth clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be someone who can:

  • support Client Advisors
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders
  • make sure that client-related processes and administrative arrangements are completed
  • carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
  • keep in contact with internal and external clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Wealth Management - Client Account Manager should be:

  • a team player
  • a detail-oriented person
  • able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
  • fluent in Japanese and business level English
