Job Description

  • Business Consultancy: Develop a profound understanding of local business needs, driving standardization and global solutions while building relationships as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Technology Expertise: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of network solutions, overseeing IT operations and staying abreast of industry trends as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaboration: Champion agile methods and efficiency, working across cultures and levels to act as a change agent through collaboration and inclusion.
  • Management & Mentoring: Manage projects, steer external partners, ensure system compliance, and mentor team members to inspire their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a large enterprise setting.
  • Deep knowledge of internet fundamentals, IP routing protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, asset management, internet security, and cloud solutions.
  • Cross-cultural competency with fluent language skills in Japanese and English, alongside a keen interest in emerging technologies.
