Job Description

  • You will be reaching out to chemicals and petrochemical, providing them accurate information and data
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities
  • Lead negotiations with clients, from initial contact through to contract signing
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment of business development strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in Tokyo
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the management team
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Business Services industry and competitors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the Business Services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
