Job Description



  • Develop and execute market growth strategies to drive adoption of enterprise informatics solutions.


  • Partner with global business leaders to localize solutions for the Japanese market.


  • Define sales account strategies and support commercial teams to achieve financial objectives.


  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, government agencies, and industry experts.


  • Oversee customer engagement initiatives such as events, webinars, and loyalty programs.


  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and business analytics to optimize offerings.


  • Manage a high-performing team, driving excellence and professional growth.

The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, MedTech, or digital health solutions.


  • Proven leadership experience in commercial strategy, market expansion, and P&L management.


  • Strong ability to build and manage sales-focused organizations in a complex market.


  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.


  • Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
