Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Drive the strategic financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company financial policies.
  • Collaborate with global finance leaders on strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for financial process improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance APAC should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
